Keto ~ Low Carb Fried Cabbage And Bacon


When you get a hankerin' for Asian food but are on the Keto - Low Carb way of eating, what do you do?  You make Egg roll in a Bowl or Crack Slaw, as some of us low carbers call it.   


It is so quick and simple.  You will be adding this to your meal plan on a regular basis.

1. Just get a few bags of coleslaw mix (I like to get one bag of classic and one bag of angle hair) or shred up your own with a grater or Food Processor  and a head or two of cabbage.  
2. About a pound of hamburger.

Brown the hamburger meat.  Some get really fancy with sesame oil and seasonings, but I usually keep it simple (because I forget to buy sesame oil) with some onion and garlic powder. Once the hamburger is cooked and drained, add in the coleslaw mix / cabbage and let saute.  When it is cooked to your liking, serve in a bowl.  The non lowcarbers might like it with rice or noodles.  Everyone in my home likes it as is.
